Background

Ben Crushcov MA, BA (Hons), CELTA, is a communication advisor, content writer and executive trainer with over 14 years’ experience helping professionals and organisations communicate with clarity, precision and authority.

His work focuses on transforming complex ideas into clear, persuasive language and strategic narratives — whether through executive messaging, writing and editorial support, or tailored communication coaching.

He has delivered over 3,000 hours of training to senior managers and consultants, designed flagship storytelling and communication programmes for C-suites, and created and edited corporate content for organisations including Deloitte, GFT and illimity Bank. His work has featured on international media platforms such as Bloomberg and CNBC.

Ben’s approach is underpinned by advanced training in storytelling at the highest professional level. He holds a Master’s degree in Scriptwriting from Bath Spa University’s esteemed Creative Writing faculty, and undertaken specialist training by leading practitioners, including Pixar and Academy Award-winning producer Lord David Puttnam. This foundation gives him a rare ability to help leaders translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate, influence and endure.

His background combines academic leadership, creative writing and extensive experience in professional training. He wrote and presented submissions that won the Worlddidac Best EdTech Award and a Brandon Hall Group Award, recognising global innovation in learning and executive communication.

In addition to his consulting work, Ben has lectured at university level, developed and delivered English language programmes at various institutions, and supported organisations in strengthening their internal and external messaging. He was a volunteer spokesperson for the NSPCC's national 'Wild West Web' campaign, strengthening protections for children’s rights and safety online.
